Due to the unique nature of our custom products our return policy is different and we encourage you to read it in its entirety. Any claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. Claims for mis-delivered or lost items must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated date of arrival. If any of these errors are deemed our fault we will cover them at our expense.
Buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or late deliveries due to issues beyond our control will not be refunded or compensated.
We want you to enjoy our products but we encourage you to consult the sizing charts, colors, styles, and designs and review your order carefully before submitting it.
